The Shelter Cove Property Owners Association was formed to promote the philosophy of the right to private ownership and lawful use of property and the general welfare of the community.
The purpose of the association is to represent the property owners, collectively, in matters affecting the preservation and enhancement of their private property values and the their rights to use and enjoyment thereof.
We propose to work within the moral and lawful confines of the citizens' participation form of government, and the by-laws of the SCPOA
