The Shelter Cove Property Owners Association was formed to promote the philosophy of the right to private ownership, and lawful use of property and the general welfare of the community.
The Shelter Cove Property Owners Association's mission is to engage, encourage, enhance and support with a collective voice, community growth, and land and home values to ensure the preservation of the beauty, tranquility and quality of life in Shelter Cove.
We propose to work within the moral and lawful confines of the citizens' participation form of government, and the by-laws of the SCPOA
SCPOA meetings will be held on the first Saturday of the month @9:00 am at The Inn of the Lost Coast, 205 Wave Dr, Shelter Cove, CA 95589.
